I originally was looking at going with Kelly Take offs, but they are having a lot of trouble meeting demand for their product and are currently sold out.
I have a set of Kelly Take-Offs in my parts box that you can have for the postage. They aren't pretty since they were used on my beater/rain bike for several years but are fully functional and complete. I don't think you have enough posts to PM me so let me know here if you are interested.
