rode some extra on the way home last night and ended 31 miles for the day yesterday. My legs felt kinda tired today but I still felt good and strong while riding in this morning. I tried to mix some protein recovery in a cup and it did not work and tasted aweful. I was really looking forward to the recovery benefits of the blend. 66 miles so far this week. I am hoping to ride all week.
60F this morning as well. It was pretty chilly with just the vest. I think I should have gone with arm warmers or knee warmers because I was cold.
