I thought about locktite, but I'm still in the process of molding these shoes, which requires me to take off the cleats each time I bake them. I'm pretty close to being done with the molding, so the locktite could be a good option in the near future. I need to be able to take them off without having to break them loose.

The screws don't appear to be backing out at all.
