Bont shoes are fully moldable. You put them in the oven at 170 deg for 20 min and then you mold the shoe (toe box, side heel) to give you a custom fit. Its fantastic. I've been able to mold the toe box and heel to fit almost perfect. Still working on molding a couple points. Its not playable like Paddy or anything, it takes some time to mold into shape.
It would probably be better if you molded them completely before even trying to install the cleats and ride with them. When you finally did install the cleats, you could make it permanent.
