I pulled an 60's era Urago out of the trash bin a few years ago and it had many of the same parts as your Lejeune. Long story short, I saved many of the components and tossed the frame. So....I probably have some pedals that may be identical to yours or at least very close. If you're interested, I can take some close up photos so you can compare them. I'm pretty sure they were mounted to a steel, cottered, French-threaded crankset and are complete and in decent shape. Let me know.
