And juvela - I jumped the *** thinking they were Lyotards, should have realized there are other brands such as you mentioned. Such a goof sometimes - when I took a look at the dust cap sure enough, they read Eclair. I will have to check the pedal threads, I read somewhere that most French bikes that were shipped here, during the bike boom anyway, had standard threading. I guess I will find out when I check, I believe they will be 14mm instead of 9/16?
