I'd agree it's looks more superficial cords under look OK ride it just keep an eye on it but you should be OK from that photo.
I had one new first ride I got a 1" slit in mine all the way thru it was trash with 10 miles on it. Got home by putting a new tube and a $1 folded up inside to keep the tube from coming out of it pumped to a low pressure and made it home.
