The torque specs for the cleats I have range from 4 to 5 Nm. Would that be a uncomfortable tightness for you?
I'm not speaking about loosening the cleats. I'm speaking about the tension on the pedal which makes it easier or harder to unclip. The tension is high on my pedal. So when I was unclipping, the tension is so high on the pedal that it is twisting the cleat.
