Check with the cemetery to see what their policy is - if they don't have an explicit no-bike policy, go for it. Many these days think of cemeteries as incredibly solemn places, but that isn't always the case, 'specially with some of the larger ones, which were often used as parks/picnic grounds in days of yore.
