If it is raining, just about any of the creams will work. Experiment with them to see what works best for you.
Well, let's see: \
  • I've changed the position of my saddle dozens of times since I got my professional fitting, I have tried about ten saddles, including the Selle most my friends recommend and a broken-in Brooks, and I have never, ever ridden for more than two hours w/o needing to regularly re-adjust my position.
  • This discomfort has persisted for the 4 years I've been cycling. A little under 5K miles per years.
  • I was fit for a while, my core is so-so.
  • I rotate through 3 or 4 pairs of bibs.
  • I experimented with creams a little at first, but haven't used any for over 3 years now.
  • But I have a small sore appearing, and it's hot, so I decided to see if a cream helps.
