Campy used to make an index device to convert old speec shifters to new spec. It's no longer available. Would one be able to cannibalize the index gear from a newer spec shifter to upgrade? There's enough interchangeability between campy models that this might work.

There is a shop somewhere in CO, Boulder IIRC, that salvages small parts from old assemblies. Any one know who this would be.
