The Cyclart site is mainly what prompted me to post this.
I don't think my wife is going to go for a full-on restoration of ANY bike after I showed her the checklist.
It looks like there's no paint under the touchup-toptube.
I'll post some more pics tomorrow (hopefully) of some of the worst areas.
