I've been going through a clinchers vs. tubulars experience recently. It was prompted by having built up a bike which came with tubular wheels. So far I really like them, so much so that I built up a set of wheels for a different bike. But not all of my bikes will receive them. Different tires for different applications. The Raleigh, Centurion, and Bianchi are robust, go-anywhere machines with 25mm puncture-resistant tires, and by golly they go. They also feel a bit heavier, but it's a fair price to pay.

If I knew enough French or Italian I'd throw in a pithy literary quote here. But I don't so English will have to do.
