650Built Soma Speedster. But I am pretty ignorant about 650b wheels. Is the idea to get a fatter, lower-pressure tire on a slightly smaller rim, so that the rolling diameter is about the same? I can see that this would give you a smoother ride, but won't rolling resistance go way up too?
The Soma Grand Randonneur might also be a possibility, but I fear that a touring type bike like this might be fairly heavy. (Wish they listed the frame weights on the geometry charts.)

I wouldn't sweat the weight. These are all good bikes. If you want a stable bike that is fast, go with a 650b rando type bike.
