I just rebuilt one for a friend at work. She paid sixty for it. All rusty and caked in grease..and paid me fifty for tuning it up and shining up the chrome and degreasing just about every moving part. And another sixty for parts. so she got a hundred and seventy wrapped into it. Despite its faded, chipped and worn original red paint job, it looked very sweet when I finished it. It rode like a dream. I was totally surprised. The old paint job adds charm and authenticity. she got a pretty decent bike for a hundred and seventy bucks.
