Your video made me chuckle. That looked like the start of a grade, and on the SS, that is the prime spot for me to drop wheel suckers. Up to a certain grade, I hold cadence and just pedal harder, and as soon as the guy behind shifts easier, they drop off. Of course they catch right back up on the flats, but it is always fun while it lasts.
