I bought a frame from BD. It is the carbon Immortal Spirit. When I bought it I weighed about 300lbs and wanted to try a carbon frame. Figured $500 was a price I could live with if the frame didn't work out. I've had that bike about 5 years now, ride it almost every weekend, and still enjoy it. Down to 240lbs now. Great service and very easy to work with.
I pre-purchased a mountain bike when they came out with a new model. When it looked like I was going to get laid off and needed the money, they refunded it in full when I told them the situation. Not every business will look out for a customer like that.
