The danger of carrying toddlers on the bike was the topic of my last disconnect from the mainstream of the 41. I mean besides the biscuit thing.
Being mugged is a pretty far cry from riding in the rain. Or tripping while on a walk with my dog. Actually, I would think I stand a better chance of being mugged while on my bike when it's dry. Muggers are a lazy lot, and hanging out in the rain doesn't add up.
I don't have any kids, and any risk I take on the bike is my own. I was a baker for three years. I stayed out of it.
