The shortness of breath mentioned in the article about this guy makes me think it may have been another case of Swimming-Induced Pulmonary Edema (SIPE for short).
then now is the time to get concerned. No one shows concern until they start showing signs of heart disease. By then it's well progressed. It's mostly the food.
