No. One and one eigth inch
threadless is super common. Perhaps the most common. Jillions of options available.
One inch
threaded is extremely common and you can easily find a jillion variations of stems.
But one and one eigth inch
threaded is like big foot. I literally abadoned a build project because I had a matching one and one eigth inch threaded fork and frame and couldn't find a stem.
