For waterproof/windproof/warm gloves you've got to step up to snowboard type gloves. Man*****, FOX & PI make decent pairs. The problem with these gloves is that they're bulky. I use a pair of Ma*****'s on my beater/commuter, but haven't found the right pair for the road bike.
