Hey Chuck! I did an easy 16 this morning and so far so good. I will listen to my body on Saturday and not push hard at all. I'm also hoping to ride the Hotter'NHell in two weeks so don't want to push things and have to bail (since John and I will be wearing our Alarm Masters jerseys!).
