Both Jagwire and REI's Novara teflon cables have one Campy end and one Shimano end (bigger one) for the shifters. Brake cables by almost everyone work fine, as long as you have a "bell" end and not a disc end. The key to using the smaller Campy end on the shifter cables is if, by some chance, you want to take them out. It can be very difficult to get a Shimano shifter cable end out of a Campy Ergo shifter. Some of the universal cables work fine, but you have to file down the shifter cable ends to fit.
Jagwire offerings from China seem to be pretty good, and I've used them, but the real deal is $40/set and I try to use US suppliers. Often, the Jagwire offerings from China do not have shifter cables in them, so you have to buy them separately.
REI Novara Teflon cables are $6/each, so that's $24, and then you can buy the housing by the foot. You'll likely end up at the same $40. Performance sells Clark cable kits, as well, and you may find Campagnolo kits on line for the same price. I've only seen Campy in black.
