...I'm 65 years old, manage the Saturday shift at the bike co-op, and have done this stuff
(on and off) in depth since the early 70's. I almost never shave the day of the shift, am 6'2"
tall, and am often referenced to people as the go to on some perplexing problem.
None of this matters, I still see guys on a regular basis who ask how to do something, and
then completely reject what i tell them, and worse, want to argue about it.
Luckily for me, i can stop them in mid-sentence and wish them good luck in their repair adventure.
It's too bad you cannot do that, but I don't think it's because you're a girl.
