Permit me to throw out Waterford and Independent Fabrications for this list. And are we only including steel or can Ti builders be added (e.g. Seven, Lynskey (stock and custom), IF again, TiCycles (Dave Levy), etc.)?

I actually thought there already was a list of touring bike builders somewhere on this forum?
