I read some stuffs about fit and basic guidance on how to fit. There are differences in fitting formulas that can be used but most fall into "time tested" fit. If you're happy with your fit and not experiencing pains, most likely it's good. In the end, being comfortable is the main goal for us recreational riders. That's why its hard to justify spending money if we feel it's good enough. But I do understand why people get pro fits. Riders have different body types and different level of fitness and goals.
