There is a decent trail in Morgantown, WV. I have ridden on that once. There looks to be a great trail on the Illinois side of the Mississippi river across from Iowa. I have yet to ride it. There are good trails everywhere, some better than others. The entire city of Pittsburgh is a good place to bike, save the highways, tunnels and the exceedingly steep hills with no berm. I heard Portland Oregon is a great place to ride but have never been there.
