You have a book, what's needed is some skill and experience. Rather than another book, search the internet for free tutorials on each phase of the job, ie. "install bottom bracket". These come in both text and photo, or video, and some are general while others very specific to the components involved.

Review a few, especially those most related you your specific needs, until you have a sense of the job, then dig in.
