Can't speak for the seller of this Santana tandem but indeed is a
fillet brazed w/ custom to spec Ishwata tubing. Amazing price considering the effort building these early frames. Some nice extras on it - Phil hubs, Mafac cant's. IMHO, looks pretty. However I do question the low cost on shipping. Perhaps could use a freight truck, bike on a pallet, standing up, wheels removed???
