In the spoke calculator I have there is a High Flange Dura Ace track hub mentioned (no model number) measurements are as follows:

Front:
67.0 34.0 67.0 34.0
Rear:
67.0 41.0 67.0 30.0
each is left flange spoke circle diameter, left width from the center of the wheel to the center of the flange, right flange spoke circle diameter, right width from the center of the wheel to the center of the flange.
