Just joining the thread here midway but:
I weight aboout 228 as of this morning, need to lose about 50ish pounds.
I plan to start out slow, I will be riding a Jubilee Trail so I'm not looking to go fast or long just pedal at this point.
So, my goal is to put on on 50 miles a week.
I will be riding up to the gym for my lifting routines 3x per week (5 mile round trip), and 2-3x 10 mile rides a week.
Sometimes I may go on longer rides after lifting.
