Just looking at the specs, I'd say the Diamondback is a bit better: 9-speed vs. 8-speed; Shimano Deore vs. Shimano Tourney; 32mm gires vs. 38mm tires. I'm thinking the Diamondback has been set up for road riding primarily and the Fuji for trail and off-road riding.
