So anyway, my advice would be, do a little of everything. Spin, interval, grind, tour, it all goes in the bank. But I would still suggest mostly the spin-related work. It transfers in many ways you might not think or realize. And don't forget to REST. Those off days increase strength too! Let the body rebuild. It'll love you later.
