8/6 - 18 miles (in addition to the 10 in the previous post, AM and PM rides)
8/9 - 32 miles
8/10 - 26 miles
8/11 3 miles and blew out a rear spoke, wheel unrideable. Bike back to shop again for repair. Will miss the remainder of weekday rides, so will be doing time on the trainer/core workouts instead.
MTD - 142. 208 to go. Behind schedule, and getting further behind all week. Arg. I need another bike for weeks like this. Stupid bank account.
