I was riding on the street in my neighborhood this morning. A guy was walking one of the biggest dogs I've ever seen on the sidewalk, coming towards me on my left. It was on a long leash, and the idiot was letting it run around in people's yards. As soon as it saw me, the dog ran into the street and lunged at me. The idiot was holding the leash with both hands as the dog was barking and snapping at me. He was a little guy, and it was all he could do to keep the dog from getting close enough to bite me.
