I tried it and went back to tubes. I was running Schwalbe one tubeless, american classic argent, hutchinson sealant. In less than 1000 miles I got 3 or 4 flats that the sealant couldn't seal. The ride was nice, but not worth the trouble. I'd much rather just change a tube than have to deal with the sealant mess and then have to put a tube in regardless.
