What you have on your Palisade is probably an SR SunTour suspension fork. By 1990, SunTour was in financial difficulty and was bought by Mori Industries who already owned SR (Sakae Ringyo). Mori consolidated the two companies into SR SunTour. In 1995, Mori decided to get out of the bicycle components industry and sold SR SunTour to the mangement team. This was about the time that SR SunTour got into the production of suspension forks.
