It's for a custom cargo bike...with a shopping cart bed.
I've inquired about 2 bikes on CL recently (not this one) with specific questions like are there any dents in the frame, is the BB smooth, etc. Neither reply addressed any of the questions.
Took me a second to see what that was...tandem bike converted to cargo.
