I wouldn't switch rims or wheels with a different size because it will give the bike an awkward look.

Well, maybe not the 559 mountain bike size because they'd fill up all the available room inside the fenders but might still fit well if you kept the fenders straight and dent free and found a narrow tire for your rims. However, they'll have a high tech look vs the chrome steel of the rest of the bike's components.
