Finding wheels from another bike is going to be very difficult. The wheel sizes closest to your current wheels use tire sizes that are even less common than the wheels you have now and the wheel sizes for which tires are commonly available are either too small or too large to work on that bike. In addition, you have to find a specific rear wheel with a coaster brake. It will be far easier to find tires to fit the wheels you have now
