Bikes: Planet X Full carbon track bike , Bianchi Pista, Unknown LV1 X 2, Sole' De Lano, Retrospect.

I'm just wondering if those clips are glued on, or if they have holes behind them ? Of theu have holes behind them I'm sure I can make it work as an internal,if not I might just sell or trade for another SRAM red
