1) front can feel a little squishy sprinting but it has never been an issue.
2)not a problem
3)I keep the front soft for traction, hasn't been a problem.

I'm 6'5" 200lbs. I don't use 23mm tires anymore but I used to go 80/100. Never liked hard overinflated tires. Now I'm on 28mm tires and I play around 70/80 or 75/90. I could probably get away with less pressure.
