In high school, my cross country weight was 160 at 6'2". In the offseason, I would drop down to 155 from lost muscle. I'm 6'4" now, but if I were a trim 180 these days, I'd probably really like the way I look. 25lbs more to go!

I ran some very enviable 5k times, but yeah-there wasn't much to me.
