If I drop below 88kg I'm doing well. Not fat, able to ride 400km and have a 31 inch waist at 190cm. At the moment I'm 90-91kg. I got to 85kg but its too hard to stay that light and the only way was to eat like a bird and ride 400km a week (something I like to do anyway). Sadly I felt like crap 90% of the time. Also I looked like a competive cyclist (enormous legs and death camp survior upper body). Don't like the look nor does it fit the work I do. I don't care what I weigh as long as I'm fit and healthy.
