My wife tells me the same thing about those nightime snacks. I told her the bike had to go on diet (while holding a Coors Light in my hand). Actually, I took up biking again because I was putting on too much weight and sure enough, since I started riding my bike regularly I've put on about 5 lbs. Maybe I should try the dieting and bike riding.
