Obviously if those are desirable accessories for you the bike stacks up against the competition + price of accessories better.
The town/utility bike options readily available in US are limited, and breezer seems to be the most kit for the money. I paid a lot less than MSRP, its an infinity not an 8, and it was a scratch & dent. The frame & fork are uptown 8, yes, but thats all the company had on hand i imagine to replace the damaged infinity frame.
