they tore up the pavement and dug into the underground a week after that repave, and it's only a couple blocks at a time .
the other next 50 yards will be another year or 2 off..

but at least some of the Fog lines are getting refreshed .. for the mornings when the car Bonnet/Hood is hard to see past.

but it reads like Mexico has another lovely corruption scheme to uphold . wonder if Costa Rica is any better..
