The OP's saddle has the shape of a 90, although many other Ideale models also had alloy rails (like my mod. 58). It came without the clamp. Ideale clamps for alloy rails are quite expensive, but lots of other clamps will work-- I found a clamp in my LBS for 2 bucks that works fine.
