Forget about it being a New Zealand company, see if you can find something very similar. It is a compact, high-pressure pump that does the job for me. The picture shows the mount for going under the water bottle cage on either the downtube or the seat tube. I have them on all our regular-ride bikes. They are discreet and don't interfere with the lines of the bike like frame pumps do.
