Mine were definately Rubino Pros. Not the basic Rubino. However, I don't know at what point Vittoria moved from Gen 2 to Gen 3. I know the reviews seem positive. My experience was not. I also have a riding buddy who had some, but, after suffering more flats than the rest of us he's moved to Gatorskins for training.

The Rubino Pros are long wearing and cheap. But, that's all I can say in their favor.

There are pleny of better tires out there. If you don't like Continentals, look at Michelin Pro4 Endurance.
